Effective, Monday, January 8, 2018, there will be a fee of $2 per 24-hour period to use the Long-Term Parking Lot. The fee must be paid at the time of parking your car by using the kiosk on site. The preferred method of payment is a credit card, but the kiosk will also take coins and cash. Cash is the least reliable method as cold/damp weather can affect the kiosk’s ability to process it.
A Few Notes
You will be asked to enter your license plate at the kiosk when you pay (this is how we know who has paid).
If you don’t use a credit card, exact change/cash should be used as the kiosk does not make changes.
If you are out of town and unexpectedly stay longer, you can add time to your stay by following these instructions.
Please note that there are only 38 spaces in the Long-Term lot and they are allotted on a first come-first served basis. You should have a "backup" plan in case you arrive and it is full.
While the lot is fee-based, it is still only supposed to be used by vehicles parked so that the occupants can take the train or bus.
Questions
If you have problems with the kiosk or questions about the lot, please contact Parking Enforcement Officer Holly Warner at 207-721-4350 or Sergeant Thomas Stanton at 207-721-4348.
There is no longer a need to register your trip online, so we have removed the trip registration form from this page of our website.
