    By checking the "I agree" box below, I the undersigned applicant for use of the Mall, hereby attest that I will indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Brunswick from any loss, damage, claim, demand, suits, judgments, or liabilities which it may incur and any costs or expenses which may arise by reason of any injury or death to persons or property or any claim on account thereof resulting from my use of the Mall and/or Gazebo. I further agree to leave the property in the condition in which it was found and to remove all debris generated by my use of the Mall and/or Gazebo.
  9. Does the Sponsoring Organization Own the Property Where the Event is Being Held?*

  12. Electronic Signature Agreement*
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
